They made me wait for 30 min from the time I had booked. The person who did my nails seemed to be on a rush and a couple of nails didn’t dry properly. She also forgot to put the top coat in a couple of nails because of this rush.

Didn’t have the person booked with. They drill your nails even when it hurts. Equipment is not sterile - cuticle trimmer had other people’s skin on it!! Gel was applied really thickly, and lifted after 2 days. Salon looks lovely but staff aren’t friendly and quality isn’t there
