Service not really up to standard. Wasn't greeted when i came in to the shop and then had to wait 45 mins to be seen, even though i had booked an appointment. The staff are a bit rude, but that might be a language thing. Nice shop but be prepared to wait to be seen. Overall nails were done ok, but rushed!

I got the file and polish as managing my nails between gel manicures can be a pain. £8 is great value and the therapist did a great job. This is the second time I’ve come for this treatment but I was pretty alarmed to see that the nail tools (clippers, cuticle remover etc) was kept in a plastic box and not a sterile solution. I’ve had no issues with my treatment but on the basis of hygiene I’m not sure I’ll return.
