Good but quick and could be a little neater

It was not actually Lucy who looked after my manicure and pedicure but a trainee. Her manner was lovely but the quality of my manicure was not great. I was there for about 2 hours when the booking says it should take about 45 minutes. The worst part was that the paint chipped immediately the next day - I have had manicures where they use a proper top coat to prevent this, giving a better finished look and lasting longer. Throughout I was urged to do Gel/ Shellac but I can't due to weak nails.

Just felt like the nail artist didn’t want to be there. Service wasn’t great - was kept waiting almost 20mins but no apology, manicure is ok but didn’t ask what shape I wanted so my nails are very different to what i usually have & a lot shorter!
