It's a nice venue and I'd definitely recommend for getting your nails done. The other beauty services seem like a bit of an after thought. They could have a slightly more professional set up downstairs with a room with a door for waxing. The curtain and a slightly messy set-up doesn't make you feel comfortable.

Everything was alright until someone who had an appointment walked in on me being naked for a holliwood wax and even if the girl waxing me told her to wait she dared and peaked from the curtains, that made me really upset and uncomfortable, cause no one told her anything. People shouldn’t be allowed down stairs for other treatments if someone is in there already mostly when you know there is not enough coverage.
Overall my appointment was fine, staff was lovely.

Nice to be back after lockdown! Although I wish a little more skin had been bugged away but overall was a lovely experience. Salon is very clean and covid compliant.

The person doing my nails was very short with me and when I asked for a french manicure she just said no and then yelled at me to hurry up and choose a colour. She was very rushed and forgot a top cot on my thumb nail so it is chipping already after less than a day.
