Sugared By Archie is a home-based Beauty Studio located in Edgware, North West London. The studio is located to the side of the main property (accessed via a separate entrance) and is very private and secure.

Sugared by Archie is one of the very few studios in London to offer the unique Art of Sugaring Hair Removal. Archie is a professionally trained Sugaring specialist with 4+ years experience and is also a Medical Student (studying to become a Doctor) so you are in safe hands!

About Sugaring:

Sugaring is a 100% natural method of hair removal, often considered a less painful alternative to waxing.

Sugaring involves using a paste made simply of sugar, water & lemons (citric acid). This unique method originated in Ancient Egypt and has been modernised and perfected for professional treatments. Your therapist will use a professional paste and products (all vegan and organic) to complete your treatment(s).

The Process of Sugaring

1. The sugar paste is slowly applied on to the skin using a sterile-gloved hand, against the direction of hair growth.

2. The paste is moulded a few times, to ensure adhesion to the hairs and dead skin cells

3. The paste is gently and quickly flicked off, revealing hairless and glowing skin!

Once you start Sugaring, you will notice that even after one session your hairs will become thinner, more sparse and grow back slower! This is because Sugaring removes the hair directly from the root. With repeated sessions, your roots become easier to remove and smaller, and therefore hairs become THINNER, SPARSER, GROWS SLOWER & sugaring becomes LESS PAINFUL! Once you try it and see the results, you will totally convert to sugaring and ditch the wax, razors or hair removal cream!

Sugaring has seen a surge in popularity as it is an eco-friendly treatment - the paste is biodegradable, and gloves and tools used are also biodegradable/eco-conscious. Sugaring is kind to both your skin and the planet.

Canons Park station is just a short 8-minute stroll away (jubilee line). Edgware station (northern line) is also close by - you can take a bus from Edgware station to Canons Park station, and then walk 8 mins to the venue.

You may park on the driveway or on the road for free (except between 2-3pm on a weekday).
