Had to look for a new place after my lady moved abroad, was apprehensive finding a new place but this place has never let me down. I have done Hollywood treatments here and only here since. Very clean space and very hygienic

Olha was lovely. However, she was applying and pulling the hair wax in lots of different directions (in the direction of hair growth and against the direction of hair growth). This caused a lot of hair breakage which is more difficult to pull out therefore leaving hairs after the session. I have curly hair so this probably confused her? I’ll do my best to be vocal about it in the moment next time.
