Great experience, haven't looked back since leaving hot wax behind. It's so much softer on the skin and almost painless (just a mild discomfort around the extra sensitive areas). Georgiana was brilliant, very reassuring and made the whole experience very easy going. Plus she's full of advise for aftercare!
