I was really aphrenrsive about getting sugar waxed as it was my first time; my previous experiences of hot wax (in other establishments) had left a lot to be desired. This experience was extremely positive!
Desi did her best to put me at ease; she worked at a pace best suited to me. On top of that, I haven’t experienced any irritation or ingrowns yet! I will definitely be coming again.
