Treatment was good but not as good as previous, she removed hair in larger sections which was painful.
The issue came with the loyalty programme as she refused to stamp my card and give my loyalty discount because Iโd booked through treatwell. I showed Lana I was directed this was from their own website and she was rude and dismissive.
