Way rougher wax than usual which has left loads of bruising. She explained that because my hair was long it would be rough, but this was quite a distressing wax. in general im usually very happy with this place

Great service - better than waxing as it's less painful! The mask at the end is a great way to sooth the skin and relax after treatment.

I was really nervous because I had never waxed before, but Snizhan was so caring, explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable. I learnt a lot during my session and left as a happy lady.
