Olha was lovely. However, she was applying and pulling the hair wax in lots of different directions (in the direction of hair growth and against the direction of hair growth). This caused a lot of hair breakage which is more difficult to pull out therefore leaving hairs after the session. I have curly hair so this probably confused her? Iโll do my best to be vocal about it in the moment next time.

It was a great experience. This was my second time at this location, and they are super attentive and efficient. The attention to detail was great, and my waxer kept making sure everything was good and that I was feeling comfortable, answered all my questions about after care, and even made suggestions of great products to use.

I arrived early and was welcomed by the front desk and offered water. I was informed when my therapist, Sasha, was ready and the room prepared. The room was clean and hygeinic with space to hang belongings. Sasha was friendly and explained the procedure and open to any areas on my eyebrows that I wanted more hair removal. I had a good experience and all the other staff were also welcoming and friendly. It was a good atmosphere.
