I also had large lumps of the sugaring wax stuck in my hair! My therapist didn’t mention anything and I didn’t realise until I was home. I did ask for a hair net to protect my hair just before and she said the Kings Cross location does not provide them.
I’ve been coming to sugaring London monthly, for over 2 years, the quality of the experience seems to be declining!
