The whole experience was so calm and pleasant for my first time doing it. I was asked if I was okay through out the whole session and I was able to have a conversation with the lady who did my session. She told me if there was any issues let her know throughout and if I needed a break I can say so. Also listened to what I had to say about my own body and was able to help out with this. I definitely be coming back

Very disappointed. The treatment was painful & poor quality. 24 hrs later I'm still in pain, have inflamed skin & loads of stubble as hairs were broken instead of pulled out. They told me not to book via treatwell & refused to stamp my loyalty card.
