This was my worst sugaring experience. I booked a specific therapist for peace of mind, especially for intimate treatments, but when I arrived, someone else did my appointment without warning. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, and the results were way below my usual standard. When I raised the issue, the manager brushed it off, saying I should’ve called directly for a specific therapist —no apology, just excuses. I’m really disappointed, and this has completely ruined my trust in this place.
