I understand that I was late for my appointment, and I apologized as soon as I arrived. However, the way the staff handled it was extremely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging my apology, they made rude side comments about how late I was, which only made the situation more uncomfortable. I already felt bad for being late. Unfortunately, the poor service didn’t end there. During the sugaring session, the therapist was careless and slightly burned me.I understand accidents can happen.
