Friendly and enthusiastic staff. At one point a lady shaver was used very briefly to make it less painful however was a bit concerned about the use of the head on previous clients before me...however the whole place was very clean and bright. Good quality outcome and great chemical free option. Beauty therapist was skillful and confident.

As relaxing as hair removal can be. I had the upper lip and chin treatments. I have found this method to be a lot kinder to my skin and not so irritated after like actual waxing is. The company’s price is steep/bit of a rip off considering the only ingredients are natural and there’s only 3 of them (sugar, water and lemon). Other than the price it’s a great all round experience from me.

I love sugaring and it's not as painful as normal wax. The hands of some of the beauticians are very gentle.
