As always, the ladies at Sugaring London are great but Lana was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, professional,and very informative, making it a really great experience on this visit. I’m a regular customer but Lana treated me as if it were my first time consistently checking that I was comfortable and talking me through each step of the process. The additional lady who joined for my leg treatment was also very friendly introducing herself when she entered the room. Overall, I’m really happy
