Had a POOR sugaring experience, I found Anna K to be very unfriendly. I would speak to her and she would ignore me. When i told her to stop ignoring me when i speak, she said she can't respond cos she needs to concentrate (she hadn't started the wax yet btw). She lacked patience and wasn't caring. I felt really uncomfortable and was unsure why she was being so mean. I felt vulnerable and exposed. There was no care and there was ALOT of blood after the wax. Truly disappointed in the service.

I've been going to sugaring london for years. I have sensitive skin and it's the only place I am guaranteed to come away with smooth, un irritated skin. The atmosphere is always chilled and the therapy rooms are immaculate. Super professional team!
