She was lovely but unfortunately the technique she used to remove my hair was not like my previous appointments. I feel that she went over the same area too many times which caused irritation when my hairs started to grow back. Perhaps additional training could help improve the overall service as I’ve been a few times and never had an issue until my recent visit.

Clean and comfortable experience, staff are very welcoming and the wax lady was very experienced and constantly checked in on me. Will be coming back again.
