This was my first experience sugaring after having a terrible wax experience (at another place). It was truly amazing, 100% converted. My therapist noticed that I was nervous and took her time to reassure me and make me feel at ease. She was incredibly gentle and used breathing techniques to help me through areas where my skin was more sensitive. Other staff were also friendly. The salon was clean, tidy and hygienic with a calming atmosphere and tasteful decor. I will definitely be going back!

Had a few waxed at Sugaring London by my faves Grace and Desi. Sadly it seems that they have gone now but nonetheless I returned to find a new favourite. I think there was some difficulty with my hair type as it is thick and curly so my wax wasn’t as flawless as it had been previously been. But Irina was still nice and pleasant.

The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. I’ve waxed since my teens (and done laser), this is SO much better. Basically painless, far fewer ingrowns after and less / slower regrowth. I’m a convert and have booked my next treatment in.
