Usually v happy with service but a bit let down in my last visit due to unsanitary practices - it increases risk of contamination to have dangling jewellery that comes into contact with waxed areas (potentially of multiple clients) and scratching one’s face mid-wax and continuing to use the same gloves. Appreciate this could have been raised during the appointment (I’m sorry, I just wanted to get it over and done with) but it would be good to know if you have a sanitation policy addressing this
