Previous appointment was better,although they were unaware of my booking the staff made sure I get the massage I booked.However it only lasted 50 minutes and not as booked - 1h 10min.
On my second appointment I should have had a deep cleanse facial for an hour,followed by a 30 minutes back massage and end with a 40 min Indian head massage...however I was in there for only 1h40min!!! And the massage this time was just as someone would apply oil on your body the entire time,nothing else....very disappointed....

Alex does my nails and every time looks awesome and last up to 5 weeks. I'm very happy with the results . Ruby does my eyebrows to look awesome every time !
Staff is very professional they make such a great team! They offer lovely tea and biscuits and make every client feel special

Overall experience was amazing, the staff were very professional,but still made you feel welcome. When rating the salon I would give it 5 for cleanliness,organisation when trying to meet its goals to develop its portfolio. With regards to my nails I was over the moon with the final results. I would go back again and recommend the salon to friends.
