Sadly there was a mix up with my appointment and the lady who dud my massage wasn't experienced in massages.she tried her best but not very good unfortunately!

Lovely staff excellent services, highly recommend the hairdresser. His blow drys are one the best in Ilford.

I got a head massage from a lovely lady called Ruby. She was fantastic and a lovely person to talk to. The room we were in was a little cramped as I had to sit on a chair in front of the couch, there wasn't enough room to open the door properly. However the place was very clean and the staff are lovely. This was my second visit there and I will definitely be going back again.
