I had a very good experience with this salon. It was my first time and largely due to my last minute booking through treatwell there was a mix up which led to a double booking and me having to wait in excess of 30 mins on arrival.
Ruby was also having to man the salon on her own that day but despite the stress she was friendly, polite and welcoming which made up for the delay. She is a skilled beautician and did a good job across all three of my treatments. Would recommend :)

Appointment cancelled by the salon 30minutes before - they offered to reschedule in a couple of hours but I wasn't available for that time. When i spoke of refund the owner rubina just tried to brush me off to the treatwell app (can't get refund if you cancel too close to appointment time). Tea and mithai being offered to an instagram influencer whilst i was there, everyone is a paying customer, we should all be treated the same! Not based on our following online!

Very lovely - clean - friendly. Back scrub was awesome and extraction hit those target acne areas.

During today's visit I was very happy with my eyebrow threading and my under arm waxing. But I am not really satisfied with my leg waxing. After 1 day it already doesn't feel smooth.
