Normally the lash lift can be quite sensitive due to combing up the lashes in place. Ruby was super gentle and didn't miss a single lash. Looking forward to getting them done again 🙂

I had a very good experience with this salon. It was my first time and largely due to my last minute booking through treatwell there was a mix up which led to a double booking and me having to wait in excess of 30 mins on arrival.
Ruby was also having to man the salon on her own that day but despite the stress she was friendly, polite and welcoming which made up for the delay. She is a skilled beautician and did a good job across all three of my treatments. Would recommend :)
