The venue was very busy. I was seen to promptly on arrival. Treatment room was ok, floor wasn't clean and could have been tidier generally.
Deep Cleansing facial was good, a bit annoying that i could hear staff walk in to take things from the room (happened a few times). Also, everytime the door opened i could hear the noise from the salon area.
Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed the facial and would visit again!
Classic Facials
The salon was very busy so we weren't seen till 15 mins later than our appointment time, with no real apology. The lady therapist we booked was off on the day so another lady did the treatment. Anita was good, very friendly and explain everything she was doing - however as she had to keep stopping to answer the phone etc, our treatment went over time. She wasn't able to fully finish the spa pedicure but she gave us a voucher to do the paraffin wax and polish at another time.

Had an amazing facial and threading with Anita. The facial was relaxing and I could see immediate results as my skin felt hydrated and glowy. She took great care and catered to my skin type and whiteheads. I would recommend her to everyone for any facials and eyebrow threading. Thank you so much will be visiting again!
