I had booked my wax for a certain time and was made to wait at least half an hour. Therefore I asked when I was to be seen as my appointment was running late and I had other commitments. They then took me through to the room to get ready. I was quite disappointed to not have been seen on time. However the beautician who did my wax was lovely and very friendly. She also did my whole wax to a really good level and I was very pleased with the result. Overall it was a great wax but having to wait when you have an appointment time is disappointing.

Always happy with my eyebrows. The ladies are so efficient. Love my visit every time.

Nice place, did a decent job. Only thing I didn't like was that the staff didn't clean my skin before or after.
Facial Threading
Extremely friendly staff, but specifically booked time & date for treatment so that I could get a specific member of staff, but still got someone else. This has happened before. Though happy with service, I think if you book a specific member of staff, they should inform if that member is not in so you can decide whether you wish to keep or change the appointment.
