Had the BEST first wax experience courtesy of Zafreen who was extremely professional and pleasant throughout my time there. She gave great advice/tips following treatment and alternative treatments which were very useful to know.
I couldn’t praise the salon enough. A relaxed atmosphere, friendly faces and cater to individual needs and preferences.

Acne Treatments
I had booked my wax for a certain time and was made to wait at least half an hour. Therefore I asked when I was to be seen as my appointment was running late and I had other commitments. They then took me through to the room to get ready. I was quite disappointed to not have been seen on time. However the beautician who did my wax was lovely and very friendly. She also did my whole wax to a really good level and I was very pleased with the result. Overall it was a great wax but having to wait when you have an appointment time is disappointing.
