I arrived for my booking but the salon was not open yet. I called and I was told they could not accommodate my booking as they have clients booked in and walkins. I was told its better to book directly with them. waste of journey and not seen.

I don’t love it but it’s okay - Opted for highlights instead, one side is more blocked and less blended than the other side. Just hoping it fades out quickly
