From the second I got in, I got a heartfelt welcome with a smile. Everyone was smiling and laughing, which was very nice to see. Didn’t have to wait long at all and I was taken into the room for my massage. It was a little hot so very kindly, zafreen opened the windows. The entire massage from the MINUTE it started was most definitely the BEST massage I’ve had. My upper back suffers so much pain, that I can’t sleep at night and that what she focused on and explained what she was doing and also was giving me advice on how to prevent back ache. The head massage was amazing too. But nothing can beat the techniques she used on my upper back whilst having one of the best conversations too. At the end I felt like I was leaving having made a friend. I mentioned Zafreen’s amazing massage and warm/friendly conversation to the lady that seemed like the was managing too. I’ve been to MANY places and been disappointed many times but this is something where I’ll be regularly visiting for massages. You can’t go wrong. Thanks again Zafreen, you made my aching muscles feel 100% better
