ridiculous customer service! I booked my appointment through treatwell the lash lift cost £35, i paid a deposit of £3.50 before the appointment, i was due to pay £31.50 also on the receipt however the lady who claimed to be the manager said i have to pay £45, i was very confused i was told its £31.50 which is stated on treatwell but she said that was wrong it should be £45 the lady was being extremely rude in front of other customers, lash lift was not done well want my refund back! ❌reccomend

Wouldn’t even give them that star but I had no choice. The service was horrible. Samra is a little brat who acts like a child and can’t take criticism. Even her workers are embarrassed of her. I booked my appointment online but when I arrived I wasn’t in the system? I was annoyed but I calmly explained my situation to the so-called “manager”. She starts shouting at me, slamming her hair dryer. It’s actually sad because clearly her life is very meaningless and pathetic. Grow up.!
