The salon had a new hairstylist.I was nervous at first but she explained and asked me how I would like my hair done. I was offered tea coffee and a drink that was ever so polite compared to the salon I usually go to.I am glad I booked on Treatwell and came to sugilite. My hair was done perfectly well. And I felt like I was on the 7th cloud all thanks to this new hair stylist.. Marta . I have booked for my mother and sister to get their hair done by Marta and will be telling my friends and family to get their hair done at sugilite. This will be my new salon from now on great staff and best hair stylist ever :)

Marta did a brilliant root dye, haircut and blowdry. I appreciated her advice on the cut and was extremely pleased with the results. Thanks Marta!
Threading was, unfortunately, not as positive an experience. It was painful and I had a few cuts. The eyebrow massage however was relaxing hence the 3☆.

Loved it! It was my first ever wax and I was dreading how awkward and painful it would be but it was nothing like that! She made me feel incredibly comfortable and warned me when the most typically painful parts would be happening

The place is very clean and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Several times during my appointment the receptionist offered me some refreshments which was very kind. The hairdresser was patient, professional and helpful, giving good advice on what colour/style would look best. Though the end colour is just a little bit off, it is ome which is not easy to achieve and I am satisfied with the end result anyway. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
