It was a wonderful epxerience. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. I have very nice hair cut according to my wish..:)mirek did good job... feeling happy:-)
Ladies' Haircuts
The pricing of the post is wrong and they admit it. They said the list is only for the bleach and you have to pay 20 extra. On top of that, on the door it says 20% off for new clients but it doesn't apply to treatwell customers. All of which is not clear so I paid 70 rather than 50.
So I came in for my appointment and was left waiting for 20 minutes since they put someone before me even though I was on time. The stylist was nice but not particularly chatty. Left me very often including sitting with my head in the sink for far too long.
They were busy so had to move me a couple of times but I wasn't fully sure what was going on. Quite a lot of staff hanging around making themselves tea or styling their own hair. Everything was out in the open so not much privacy really except for when I was tucked away in the corner with my head over the sink.
A lot of loud noises and cluttering since there's barely any space really. Customers having to talk over the tv since the staff didn't think to turn it down. Seemed like only one person knew the pricing so the rest would turn to her.
The colour wasn't really what he said it would be but it looked nice anyway. Some of it looked quite choppy rather than blended for a balayage but overall it looked ok.
The venue and staff weren't amazing but my hair is ok and feels nice. Just didn't enjoy the experience of it all.
Don't know if I'd visit again.
