I arrived to my appointment only to find that the salon was closed .. when I realised it was closed I decided to ring the salon a lady answered and said that the lady doing my appointment was picking her children up from school, I waited in my car and I decided 10 mins after my appointment time to call back the number again the lady answered and explained that the lady will be back soon, she said she would call her and find out how long, she called me back and said she will be back soon I said ok, finally she came
And I went into salon only to find a not am clean salon, she asked weather I had an appointment and explained I’d booked it
Through Treatwell, she said she didn’t have me booked in. At this point I showed her my confirmation text and my app with the confirmation of appointment. I left the salon very unsatisfied and not happy. I would not recommend the salon, although I don’t think I would recommend Treatwell app either.

The language barrier was terrible when you ask for a light tint and get very dark its very frustrating
