I had pink and white acrylics and rating 3 stars is generous - I was the only appointment in their diary all afternoon yet I had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. I had communication problems with the technician who couldn't understand if I wanted round/square/shorter/longer etc, it was a difficult experience. The staff were friendly enough it's just a shame it was so expensive for such a poor service. The acrylic was painted on very thin, I have had them on for 3 days and I'm already considering getting a removal/full set again elsewhere because it won't be too soon before these nails break. I'd steer clear.

Very accommodating staff. Manicure wasn't really the best I've had, but it good value for London.
