great shape, good choice of colours, decent manicure.
Not a great experience. The lady who started doing my manicure was quiet and only talked in another language with her colleague. The manicure was not done properly and I had to ask several times to fix bubbles, lint and other stuff that got on the nail polish after they applied it. As soon as a new customer walked in, the lady who was doing my nails started rushing and left the job halfway through. They both seemed to be very friendly with regular customers, but quite rude to me (it was my first, and most likely last, time). One of the ladies in particular was really rude, she even slapped my hand to move it away when I was trying to show her where the nail polish had lint and bubbles (it was quite easy to see). I was kind of speechless. She kept leaving this jar of strong acetone open next to me, while my hands were under the drier, so it was going straight to my throat... I closed it myself at some point, as she didn’t seem to care that I was coughing because of it. On 2 nails she only put 2 layers, while she put 3 on the other ones. Will definitely not be going back.
The ladies doing the nails are very sweet and good at their jobs. Not quite sure about the lady who runs front-of-house at the salon as she barely acknowledges when customers come in or out, doesn't offer any water, doesn't offer to hang coats (customers had to put their coats on their laps or find a place themselves), spends the entire time (hours) chatting with friends on the phone whilst customers are getting their treatments.
Great manicure, perfect French tips. Was kept waiting, but overall good manicure.
Good value, cheapest manucure I had in London.
