Dreadful experience here. Booked a 1hr massage and when i arrived they were running that. Was absolutely happy to wait but then the therapist came up laughing his head off about his previous client so i was very concerned. The whole experience then got worse when i was led downstairs with another girl and told to unchange. The message rooms are separated by an incredibly thin partition wall so you can hear absolutely everything. The massage itself was very bad (i have had many a thai massage before!) and the therapist continued to giggle throughout the treatment. He was very unprofessional and then 30mins in to the massage he said it was over. I got changed and headed to reception telling them i gad paid for an hour via treatwell and had only had a 30 min massage. She apologised but did not offer a refund. Instead i was given a 30 min voucher to tag on to my next hour booking (which i will NOT be doing). Very dissapointed as have been here before and previously had a great experience but this was horrendous and i do not recommend to anyone. I gave one star om each as you cannot give no stars...
