Really relaxing little retreat in the middle of East London. My massage was very thorough and my masseuse concentrated on my concerned areas and made my back feel a lot better. Will definitely be back!

This was my first ever deep tissue massage and it was such a good experience! I left feeling a lot less constricted in my muscles. And the therapist, Nick, was happy to answer my questions afterwards about a course of treatment to resolve my chronic neck / shoulder tension.

I booked this as a gift for my boyfriend because I'd had an amazing massage here a few days earlier, but he had quite a different experience from me - the team didn't take the same care to check his massage preferences in advance (whereas I'd had to fill in a form) and didn't even ask which area to focus on, which seems odd for a Deep Tissue Massage. It was okay overall, but it wasn't as effective as it could have been and he wouldn't go back to the same masseuse.
