I had an hour deep tissue massage. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The massage rooms are minimalist but clean. The deep tissue was great!! I asked her to focus on knots in my back and she did an amazing job. Was sore the next day which is the sign of an effective deep tissue.. and most importantly knot free!
Deep Tissue Massage
Very nice massage. I was left with a few knots (but then, I had really, really needed the massage so I guess there was nothing more the therapist could have done)
