Although the massage was good, it was unlike any other swedish massage i have had - quite strange at some points.

They Asked to change appointment as I was on my way, then proceeded to be late starting the appointment (15 minutes) however were very apologetic and despite getting shorter massage (45minutes) was given a voucher for me to get a free one next time. Good customer service and good massage
