The salon upstairs is really lovely, but the treatment rooms downstairs are a bit shoddy and lacking in ambience. The woman who treated me was incredibly pleasant, but I told her I had come for a relaxing experience to relieve stress, and instead got a bit of an endurance exercise! She told me to let her know if the pressure ever got too much, which I did several times when it got painful, and she just kept going to the point where I still have a bruise on one of my arms four days later. I did come out feeling a lot less tight and stiff, but somewhat brutalized! Still, at £39 I can't complain.

Really kind staff but I found the method a bit odd - I usually get waxed against the grain and it's much less painful that way.
