Not very professional. I think the first masseuse was a trainee, they swapped after about 5 mins of painful massage

The Deep Tissue Massage was fantastic. Comfortable rooms. The facial however, was not good as it kept being interrupted by her leaving the room and then changing therapists halfway through. Customers pay to be pampered, relax, unwind.. Just a lot of things here that kept snapping me out of the relaxation mode including loud walking upstairs. I will definitely go back for a massage but not for a facial again.
