Staff seemed quite busy and stressed. Indian head massage was given on the front of the shop on a hairdressing seat. Actual treatment was ok but that's all I can say about it. Because I had oil in my hair afterwards, the girls offered me a wash and blow dry (at an extra cost) which I accepted. The blow dry was good but there was lots of oil left at the back of my hair afterwards. As it had taken so long and the girls were so busy, I didn't have the heart to say anything.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done - Valbona is really good. Always reliable and great customer service, very happy

Been here a few times now and massage is lovely. had to wait about 20mins though before my actual treatment started and did not get an apology but overall it was nice and will come back for massage.
