Had my third Hollywood wax at Sumeras and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The shop was clean and I was impressed, didn't need to wait even though I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. The waxing was done very quickly, underarm was done fast and well. However, even though my Hollywood wax was done well and fast, I found it to be too fast, slightly rushed. But my whole appointment only lasted 10/12 minutes!

Very clean and neat parlour!
Nicely organised too. She has let me change my appointment few times it was so convenient.
However no heating at all it was freezing, specialy in facial room, i had to be half naked for my facial it was extremely freezing i couldnt relax myself!
I had few reaction because of the facial, tried to call the parlour million times the phone were busy! It’s a great place, few things need to be corrected.

Worst hair cut I've ever had. The lady who cut my hair (who I think owns the salon) clearly had no idea what she was doing. My hair couldn't be easier to cut, and I went in for a simple trim but left with my hair all different lengths looking like its been hacked with a chainsaw. I could have done a better job myself. Incredibly disappointed, if I hadn't paid already via treatwell I would have refused to pay.
