Was my first ever wax and the lady doing it was very kind and understanding. However, after returning home I found I had quite a substantial amount of hair left in places. The room was clean and the lady wore a mask whilst doing the wax however it was very hot in there. Overall an okay experience for my first wax (albeit very painful) but I did have a fair amount of hair left which is very annoying.

Deepa coached me through my first ever brazilian wax. She was very nice and attentive, and incredibly gentle - I was expecting it to hurt a lot more than it did, but she did a great job throughout and made me feel comfortable. Brow waxing on point, as usual. Done in 20 mins. I'll be back.
