The staff are lovely but the waxing treatment was poor quality - a lot of missed spots hence I already need another waxing appointment less than two weeks after this visit, instead of a usual break of 4-6 weeks. Very disappointing.

The beautician was flexible and accommodating, moved my appointment up when my day finished early. She also gave me options of where and how much to take off. A very good wax.

This was a great hot wax for the best price around, I would really reccomend Deepa, it was pretty much pain free and there was relaxing music playing, I will be going back and sending friends there, been a couple of days now and non of the usual hair issues.
