Having never had a wax before I was so anxious and nervous But nicole was so understanding and made sure throughout the whole process that she explained. Everything to me and on regular intervals would make me stop for a few mins breather and water I can honestly say she took the time to care for my needs and reassure me always the wax was painful obviously' however glad I done it because it feels amazing and I have rebooked for 4wks time. Salon was nice and clean. I would 100% recommend nicole.

This was my first bikini wax and from pre treatment to during the treatment, Nicole was great. She made me feel comfortable and calm and explained at each stage what she was doing. She also took into consideration the fact I've got sensitive skin which in other places I've been in they have not done this. Would highly recommend and i have already booked my next appointment!

Nicole was very friendly and welcoming. Tan was excellent quality. Everything was very clean and covid safe so felt very comfortable.
