Amazing nail and waxing skill, kindness and respect needs to improve. I asked for my acrylic set to be done a specific way due to previous freak accident with my nail and all I got in return was a snort, I asked what was funny as I was being serious with the request and she proceeded to laugh and gaslight me by telling me she was talking to her husband when clearly he wasn’t in conversation with us at all the whole time.
