My flatmate suggested this place to me as a great place to have nails done and mentioned they also do waxing although she has not tried it before. So I decided to give it a go a booked a Hollywood wax. However, as soon as I’ve been put on the wax I had to ask the beautician to stop and just have the Brazilian done as I could see she was not confident in how she was applying the wax. It was the worst waxing experience I’ve had. My skin after that was burnt from the wax… no refund was given either
