Made to wait for more than 30 minutes for my appointment. Several people walking in without appointment and they are prioritised. I felt my manicure was rushed because someone was waiting who came in not for the time they booked their appointment. Then, I was made to wait for my brow appointment because another customer came in. I’m glad they have a busy business which possibly means this was a one time off of getting appointments mixed up. But I will highly likely avoid booking with them.

Pedicure didn’t last the time stated. Felt a little rushed and delay in timing. Had to spend time waiting around
