Second time I’ve been horribly disappointed with a manicure from this place. First time I went the manicure was brilliant (hence why I went back after being disappointed onc), but these last two times were just bad. Sloppy, rushed, work, nails really looked uneven (in shape, length and texture), and both times they quite simply didn’t do what I asked. First time I’ve ever left in the middle of a manicure as I’m pretty sure I can do a better job at home. Hopefully they will refund me as promised.
