I hate leaving negative reviews but this is the second time I've been shocked with the service at this salon. The first time, I paid a lot for a professional colour service and had the lady apply CRAZY COLOUR to my hair (a cheap product that washes right out) This time brought in a photo and somehow ended up with a 2007 Karen haircut that is nothing like what I wanted. I have had to buy a wig as the back is so short I can't even put in extensions. Poor communication and lack of care. Never again

Had my Lockdown Scruffy Hair cut short and tidy, by very pleasent, attentive Prasandika.
Bonus was that I was wearing a mask, so didn't have to look at too much of My Face in the Mirror!!!

Friendly staff and great customer experience. I go here regularly for a Hollywood Wax and have had no issues.
