Carmen was friendly and professional as usual. Hot water seems to be a slight problem! Salon was quiet but it was a Monday! Wouldn’t go anywhere else .

They had double booked so I had to wait for half an hour at 9.30 am.The blow dry was disappointing.The stylist was nice but I have had a lot better blow dries sorry to say
