Felt really low so wanted a haircut to pick me up. Although the haircut itself was lovely, I didn’t enjoy the hairstylist. Quite abrupt and not personal. Kept commenting on how damaged my hair was and made faces when I mentioned I wanted to dye my hair. Maybe a personality difference but I didn’t leave there feeling any better
Alina was great! I was a little nervous (because of a previous experience at a different salon) so she immediately put me at ease and listened to my concerns. It's been a few weeks now and my brows and lashes are looking good - thick and bushy but still natural. Thanks again! 🙏

Very unprofessional behaviour and very bad customer service. I was five minutes late and my hair took longer to detangle, so they only offered one of the two treatments I had booked and paid for. When I tried to rebook, they told me it was actually my fault, so they wouldn’t offer me the treatment at another date. All this with a very bad attitude too. Would not recommend them at all.
