Received a dry cut which was not a blunt cut that I wanted and was given layers. Also was offended several times by calling her hair incredibly thin, and asking if I was a mummy to be. Which at 5ft 6 and weighing 9 stone 10 is rather offensive. Will likely have to get my hair fixed by someone soon.

Had a great Brazilian was, quite painless and she really paid attention to detail. Also really happy with my eyebrows. Highly recommended and defo coming back!

Upside - very quick and efficient haircut / dry, including a nice wash.
Downside - not sure I'd go for a change of hairstyle, but would return for an easy trim.
